Keto-esque diet

Here are my parameters

Protein and veggies fat fromcooking and dressing

No fruit No garbage No dairy except for butter

I bet if I actually stick with the no fruit and no nuts plan I will be under 50 g of carbs per day


Day 1 Breakfast at 9 2 eggs 1.5 oz ground beef Cooked in butter

Lunch at 12:20 Roasted chicken (dark meat) 1 cup roasted cauliflower

4 pm Ground beef in coconut oil

6:30 Brussels sprouts in olive oil

2:30 am Roast beef
