Day 1 Breakfast at 9 2 eggs 1.5 oz ground beef Cooked in butter
Lunch at 12:20 Roasted chicken (dark meat) 1 cup roasted cauliflower
4 pm Ground beef in coconut oil
6:30 Brussels sprouts in olive oil
2:30 am Roast beef
