Eggs w peppers, mushrooms, steak Greens w balsamic vinaigrette
Cappuccino w soy milk
I will occasionally drink soy milk from time to time. Preferably almond or other nut milk, unsweetened, and if not that soy milk will make its way into my coffee.
I have also had tea, water, and a zinc lozenge. Getting ready for dinner.
