Bench press idiocy. I had the bar waaayyyyyy too low on the rack. Last time I pumped out 7 for my last set at 120. Today I couldn’t even get it off the rack. Hmmm.

Squats 115 x 5 135 x 3 145 x 12 (coulda done more!)

Bp 95 x 5 105 x 5 110 x 12

6 x 5 pullups
