Saturday I ended up eating a bunch of grapes while at the market, which kinda made me hungry all day…
Sunday:

homemade jerk chicken

3 hour arm balance workshop! wahey!
Monday:

1.5 hour yoga class
lunch:
more eggs with onion and broccoli
snack:
almonds and sunflower seeds
dinner:
broccoli and onions (do you detect a theme?) with beef
strawberries
Off to the BBC
Had a pretty rough day, which I decided to deal with in part by eating after my workout even though I probably didn’t need more food. I ate a paleo kit and some sunflower seeds.
