breakfast: pork belly with asparagus, onion, garlic, sweet potato mid-day: soy milk latte late afternoon snack: 1 soft boiled duck egg

So, I’m jumping back on the posting bandwagon. Breakfast: 1 duck egg, amazingly good chanterelles, red onion, garlic, herbs cooked in coconut oil w/ caraway kraut coffee with unsweetened almond milk and a pinch of cacao

I have fallen off the photo taking wagon, but I’m doing well with my paleo challenge. Had two chocolate cheats since the thing began. Unfortunately, also had an EPIC asthma attack brought on by bronchitis that left me out of exercising commission for a few days.  Horrendous.  I’m not sure if I’ll make it back into the gym today or wait till tomorrow.  Just got home from Miami...

10 rounds, 3 pull-ups as Rxd that was a fun workout.  My arms can feel those pushups!  Today I have a headcold.  I wonder if my new year’s celebration beginning at 9 AM on Saturday and ending at approximately midnight on Sunday/Monday (with a few hours’ nap) has anything to do with this state of affairs.
