Yesterday was franks birthday and I ate cake! Second time in two years. Bench press idiocy. I had the bar waaayyyyyy too low on the rack. Last time I pumped out 7 for my last set at 120. Today I couldn’t even get it off the rack. Hmmm. Squats 115 x 5 135 x 3 145 x 12 (coulda done more!) Bp 95 x 5 105 x 5 110 x 12 6 x 5 pullups

It’s really hard to stay on top of sleep and training while simultaneously looking for a new apartment, dealing with some challenging situations at work, building a rehearsal schedule, applying to graduate school, writing a grant report, overhauling my finances, and preparing to leave town for most of the month of November.  Also, I’m STILL waiting on this contract for the spring,...
